Refund policy

At this time we do not accept returns for refund.  We hand craft our items in small batches.  

If there is a flaw in the item you receive we are glad to offer an exchange within a reasonable time frame.

No cancellations on orders. 

If you are giving a gift and the item does not fit (ring or bracelet for example) we will do our best to exchange or rework the item to custom fit, if at all possible.
